My 20s were pretty grim. I spent most of it feeling depressed and sometimes suicidal. But as I head further into my 30s I have learned so much about myself. I hope that by sharing my thoughts and feelings, even if they may seem a little unorthodox at times, it will help to empower the minds of all those taking the time to read.
The end goal is not to stop people feeling depressed or sad, it's to make them realise that those emotions are normal and if dealt with appropriately, can be very healthy.
